Lab range is the reference interval from your most recent report (Melbourne Pathology, Apr 2026). Earlier draws used slightly different intervals — where that changes how a past result reads, it's noted on the marker.

Optimal is the "Dave" column from your 2023 summary sheet — functional targets, tighter than lab ranges. Athletic ideal is a separate opinionated target band for a lean, trained 39-year-old male; it is not a lab standard and in a couple of places it deliberately disagrees with Dave's column.
